January 2024, Youji's #WashokuRenaissance opened! The 8 seat-counter serves modern and authentic "omakase" Japanese cuisine, and series of collaboration pop-up. Reservation on Tock for Tokyo Downtown Sushi Club ($20 deposit) and Sushi Kaiseki Friday, Saturday are available until the end of June 2025. Opening for the following month very soon! Current pre-booked hours: (No walk-ins. Reservation cut-off times: 1 PM the day before for weekdays and 6 PM two days before for Fridays and Saturdays.)
