We are Las Vegas’ first local handroll bar, specializing in open-style handrolls ranging from classic favorites to unique specialties. Our menu also features a selection of small cold and hot plates, along with a variety of sashimi starters that pair perfectly with our curated sake, Japanese craft beers, and wine selection. As a small, locally owned business, we take pride in our craft. Our chef-owner, Edward An, brings extensive experience in Japanese cuisine, from sushi and teppanyaki to fusion dishes, ensuring a menu that blends tradition with innovation.
